チケットに関する注意事項
・3歳未満の方は入場できません。3歳以上の方はチケットが必要となります。
・会場の構造やセットで演出・リンクが一部見えづらい場合がございます。
・座席位置によって、見切れの度合いは異なります。ご購入後のご返金、座席の振り替えはできませんので予めご了承ください。
・車イスをご利用の方は、車イス席をお買い求めください。付き添いの方1名まで無料でご入場いただけます。（付き添いの方の座席は車イス席の後方となりますので、リンクが見えづらいお席となります）なお、車イス席は一般発売から販売開始となります。
・本公演のチケットは「チケット不正転売禁止法」の対象となる「特定興行入場券（特定チケット）」となりますので、主催者が認めないチケットの転売・譲渡は禁止となります。
・お申し込み前に注意事項を必ずお読みいただき、ご確認・同意の上でチケットのご購入・ご来場をお願いいたします。
・購入者・同行者の氏名・連絡先を確認した上で販売いたしますので、購入者・同行者本人以外はご入場いただけません。ご購入後は変更できませんのでご注意ください。
・ご入場の際に本人確認書類等をご提示いただく場合がございます。
・お客様のご都合によるチケットのキャンセル・払い戻しはできません。
・チケットのオークション・転売サイト等への出品は固く禁止いたします。また、転売チケットでの入場はお断りいたします。
・天変地異などによる公演の途中終了の場合、チケットの払い戻しは一切行いません。
・チケット忘れ・紛失・盗難・公演日のお間違えなど、いかなる場合においてもチケットの再発行・入場はできません。チケット購入後に急遽ご来場いただけなくなってしまった場合は、定価でチケットの取引ができる公演公式リセールをご利用ください。
・ご入場の際に1人1枚電子チケットの表示が必須となります。スマートフォンをお持ちでない方は、電子チケットの受け取りができず、当日ご入場いただけません。
公演に関する注意事項
・公演中は指定されたご自身の座席でご観覧ください。
・アイスリンク内への花やプレゼントなどの投げ込みは禁止いたします。お預かりもいたしません。花・プレゼント・手紙・電報等を宅配便・郵便等で会場に送付することもご遠慮ください。お受け取りはできません。
・演出の都合上、本公演でのペンライト・サイリウム等の光を発する物品のお持込はお断りいたします。
・バナーの掲出は禁止いたします。自席でバナーを掲出される際には、隣席や後方席の方のご迷惑にならないようにご注意ください。
・キャリーバッグやスーツケース、大きな荷物など周りのお客様にご迷惑がかかるお荷物の持ち込みはできません。スーツケースをお持ちの方は必ずロッカー等へお預けください。
・カメラ、ビデオ等の持込や携帯電話、スマートフォンによる撮影は固く禁止いたします。
・客席内を含む場内の映像・写真が公開される場合がございます。

・本人確認書類は、いずれも原本のみで確認を行います。(写真や紙に印刷したもの等はNG)

・1点で入場可能な公的な写真付き本人確認書類をお持ちいただくことを推奨しております。ただし、公的ではございませんが、写真付きの学生証であれば今回は入場可能とさせていただきます。写真がついていない場合は、必ず上記のいずれか2点をお持ちください。
外国籍の方につきまして
・外国籍の方は、明確に本人と確認できるパスポート、マイナンバーカード、特別永住者証明書または在留カードを必ずお持ちください。
・上記以外の本人確認書類をお持ちいただいてもご参加いただくことはできません。
注意事項
・チケット譲渡・転売は禁止とさせていただいております。ご本人様に代わりご家族やご友人が来場された場合も、理由に関わらずご入場できません。
・確認が必要なもの全てのお名前（漢字フルネーム）が一致している必要がございます。
・本人確認書類はコピー及び期限切れは不可とさせていただきます。該当する本人確認書類を必ずご準備ください。
・本人確認書類の写真とご本人の顔が明らかに違うと判断できる場合は入場をお断りさせていただきます。
・そのほか不正な行為と判断した場合は無効とさせていただきます。
当日のチェックがスムーズに実施されるよう、事前に受付を済ませて、余裕を持ってご入場ください。なお、本人確認（IDチェック）によりご入場いただけなかった場合、いかなる理由でもチケット代金の返金はいたしません。

For Foreign Nationals
・Foreign nationals must bring either a passport, My Number Card, or Special
Permanent Resident Certificate/Residence Card as proof of identity.
・Other forms of ID will not be accepted.
Important Reminders
•Ticket transfers and resales are strictly prohibited. If a family member
or friend attends in place of the ticket holder, entry will be denied regardless
of the reason.
•The names on all documents (full kanji name) must match for verification
purposes.
•Copies of identification or expired IDs will not be accepted. Please prepare
the required, valid identification in advance.
•Entry may be refused if there is an obvious discrepancy between the ID
photo and the customer’s appearance.
•Any suspicious or fraudulent activity will render the ticket invalid.
To ensure smooth check-in on the day of the event, please complete wristband
distribution in advance and arrive with sufficient time for entry. Additionally,
customers not specified above may also be required to undergo identification
verification if any ticket issues arise. Please ensure you bring valid
identification documents.

・To prevent issues with audio guide delays or interruptions, please set
your device to airplane mode when using the guide at the venue.
・会場でのご利用の際は、音声ガイドのずれや停止を防ぐため、必ず機内モードに設定をお願いいたします。
・Once the show begins, the audio guide will play automatically. The audio
guide is triggered by your device's microphone picking up the sound from
the show, so please ensure that the microphone is not obstructed at any
time.
・ショーが始まると、音声ガイドが自動的に流れます。音声ガイドはお手元の端末のマイクがショーの音声を拾うことで流れますので、常にマイク部分をふさがないようご注意ください。
・You can adjust the volume of the audio guide using the volume keys on
